Thank you for your interest! Vendor applications for our October event
are now closed, but come back soon for our spring event.

Formed in 2025 and supported by both The Vegan Living Program and People For Animal Rights, The Syracuse Veg Collective is a group of friends formed while volunteering alongside each other via miscellaneous vegan organizations.

Outside the hours of their various professions: Megan Mills-Ryzdak (of Fatcat Baking), Jessica Lardeo, and Jacqueline Cappello led the last two Syracuse VegFests; and Shelly Bornemann and Emily Doucet of the Syracuse Vegan Living Program have been managing free educational programming in Central New York for years.

Our goal is to hold seasonal festivals that will showcase local vegan food & craft vendors; raise funds for local sanctuaries; and to amplify the healthful, environmental, and compassionate boons of veganism.
